12 point plan on 17:22 - Jan 11 with 1068 views | BlueBadger | Loses cred when it says 'Paul Lambert can make players want to run through brick walls for him but does not give them the keys to unlock the door.' Our players look about as motivated as a sulky thirteen year being asked to tidy their bedroom.

Loses more cred for suggesting we need to keep hold of Judge and Toto

12 point plan on 17:41 - Jan 11 with 992 views | hoppy | "Lambert has achieved some phenomenal things in his playing and managing career, having been part of Borussia Dortmund’s Champions League winning side in 1997" Has he? How come he's never mentioned it, ever?

Not only that, but referring to Judge as an 'enigmatic playmaker'??

Had it on solid gold authority last year that he'd lost the dressing room, and there's no chance that's changed.
12 point plan on 18:46 - Jan 11 with 882 views | jayessess | quite a lot factually incorrect and others, like building around young players who've been in and out of the team anyway, strike me as opinions formed solely on the basis of Saturday.

Also a very short-term measure of success to state Portsmouth, Lincoln and Accrington are the most successful clubs at this level. I doubt Portsmouth fans would agree. What evidence has he that their owners are more committed too? So given the author has started with a lot of false information for his very first point, I suspect this 12 point plan is just a load of jottings from someone who doesn't follow football at this level. EDIT: Having persevered to the end, there are a few points I can agree with - removing Lambert, lowering the average age of the squad, building around Dozzell and increasing the press. However, the idea we build a team around Nsiala, Judge and Hawkins rather than Norwood, Jackson and Downes is plain bizarre. Indeed, his obsession with Portsmouth and Hawkins suggest his loyalty may well lie on the south coast. [Post edited 11 Jan 2021 20:58]
