37 today.
Absolutely bossed our midfield earlier this season for **wigan**
Would anyone else be upset if he got given a squad number?
I would argue he could make more of an impact perhaps off the bench controlling games in possession than most our midfield.

I don't think we're allowed to.

Well, he couldn’t be any worse than our current lightweight gang.

We'd have to get special dispensation to use him as he's played for Wigan and Stanley this season. He could play next season if required though although we have too many midfielders on the books as it is.

What game was that as he hasn't played for them against us this season?

And Bala Town.

Normally you can have 2 teams, this year players are allowed 3 because of covid disruption. I don't know whether he'd get permission to play for a fourth team. Sounds unlikely, but I have no idea (about most things ).

He can't join us as a player as we're outside the transfer window.

And that as well.

It's doesn't look like he'll be pulling on the shirt any time soon does it. He's effectively retired I'd have thought.

He could play next season. He's still fit enough and was good enough for League One, but what message does that send?

Nothing as far as I'm aware, think he was a fair way off match fitness when he came in and hasn't featured much as a result of that and form having been good in the spell immediately after the couple of games he played.
