Tores. Sturridge. Defoe. Norwood. Waghorn. Wykes

No need for a midfield then lol.

Never be afraid to share your thoughts.

His career hit rock bottom in a hurry. Great for Liverpool in their nearly season, then to WBA, then nowhere? Wasn’t there a betting scandal in there too?

Anyway he’d tear up League One...

Yes, banned for a while for betting. Still only 32, a kid compared to Defoe. He’s looking for a club, think he’s been in America.

To be fair, we’ve shown to be a club who are willing to offer second chances of late.

Poll: Who would you play at right centre back on Saturday?

How about one for the future. A reasonable fee should secure ‘The Beast’.

Adebayo Akinfenwa

Far better fitness record than last season’s heroes, has presence and knows where the goal is. Only 39, what’s not to like? Better bet than Sturridge or some of the other has beens suggested.

Frankly, in recent times we've not been so much a''second chance' club as a 'the chance beyond what should have been their last chance' club.

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

Well, he's Welsh, which is practically Merseyside...

It sounds strange but I always thought he might become a McGoldrick type player, dropping a bit deeper and linking up play

I always felt he had an immense amount of talent and never quite fulfilled his full potential

If he still has the legs he'd be decent

Where's he likely to end up? Somewhere like Celtic or Rangers would be good for him, he'd probably look good in the MLS as well

Alcohol is the answer but I can't remember the question!

If Wyke is available, he's your man there and he'll get goals too

Colby Bishop is another and both of them would be even better!
