I think the performance that allows the opposition to regularly cut you open and score 4 would not be pleasing to Portugal. I think professional footballers recognise the need for a result above entertaining.
That is different from saying England will be pleased with their performance, of course they won't and several players and the manager have already stated they were not. | |

I thought Portugal were poor from the off. The warning was there in the first 5 minutes down the left and they failed to deal with it time and time again. A good game to watch but not sure it was the best so far. |  |
