It looks like his done what he/they set out to do. You can ask no more than that, especially as there was no recruitment team in place that Ashton said is normal for a professional football club. He deserves enormous credit.

Hopefully going forward the club structure will continue to develop and there won’t need to be a repeat of the crazy last three months.

I do like the relatively non public way he does business. It is a marked contrast to the past 15 years and the likes of Danny Cowley whining away to the press.
