And have little time for people endlessly trying to point out perceived bias in their reporting.

However, for the second time this week, they are talking about the "take up" of vaccinations amounts 12-15s as if the issue is that people are not havign vaccinations, rather than one of supply. That seems in keeping with the government line, but not with many people's experiences. I wonder what it is based on? Take up is apparently about 18%. Many of the 82% won't have been offered one....

Most parents that I know from our school have politely declined the offer for now.

The low take up nationally for 12-15 doesn't surprise me at all.

You’re wrong. My 14 year old daughter had hers about two weeks ago. The majority of her class did not take up the offer.

I don't know if it's supply, logistics or organisation. At the other end of age range my father in law is 95 and was one of first vaccinated but can't get a booster.

Digger's campaign telling them not to take it I guess.

Although many may have simply told him they will be politely declining so he doesn't carry on!

Not so in my kids school, pretty much 100% take up. More to do with supply

Spreading your antivax rubbish at the school gates now?

You're part of the reason there is no end in sight for the pandemic. You'll be the first to complain when your "freedoms" are restricted as well.

TBF I am sure he's got more important things to worry about, such as the carpets in the rental house.

As with petrol, the govt is ignoring any delivery issues. There are plenty of doses of the vaccine, but they're not necessarily in the right places, and I suspect there may not be the right number of people in the right to give the vaccine.

There are also delivery issues with the flu vaccine.
