Still not over Tuesday night 07:50 - Nov 4 with 1263 views | itfc_bucks | Name me a better away atmosphere in the last 5-10 years. Genuinely cannot think of one. Watford away, with the 90+ minute winner was good, but Tuesday night was something else!

Tuesday in particular was just one of those nights where it all came together. A tinpot, cattle shed of a ground, under the lights and a truly impressive team performance which, for the first 20 minutes or so, until Morsy grabbed hold of the game, didn't look to be on the cards at all. There were all the usual Town fears, even at 3-1, me and those around me feared we'd throw it away, but none of that stopped us absolutely singing ourselves hoarse. Yes, it was Wycombe and not Milan or Man U, but it was still a special, special night.

I can't quite put my finger on it. On a personal level I sometimes feel self conscious giving it 100% when those around me are just tutting.....on Tuesday I felt something different. Maybe it was the turnaround win and fight in the team. Maybe it was the vibe of a game under lights in a darkened cattle shed of a stand. Maybe it was because it was self evident that the atmosphere was lifting the players and Wycombe and their fans were cowed. Maybe it was everyone just trying to keep warm on the first chilly evening of the year. I don't care....it was great. I didn't give a fk and just wanted to make the most of every moment.

What a day that was, Currie's debut as well. Miss QPR away days to be honest.

Brilliant , just brilliant 👅. And I was bricking it too at 1-3 when we came under that pressure . I was convinced we’d cock it up again …. Maybe our defence had turned that corner ! We’ve also seen what Burgess can bring to the defence playing at left back when it’s against big physical teams….. Tuesday was the classic example of our new Moto …. “Running towards adversity”!

It was the quality of songs that I was impressed with, sure there were the usual generic ones that all clubs sing, but I LOVE the Celina song! Also the Connor Chaplin one tickles me! No idea where these came from, but it seemed EVERYONE was singing them on Tuesday, proper fan performance.
