I used to spend ages upstairs in Lowestoft Electrical when I had 2 years at college there, as they had a great selection of sometimes rare vinyl, and you could just take any of the promotional band tour/album posters that they were sent by the record companies but didn't have room to display. Covered my room with them as far more interesting than the wallpaper I had in my rented room. |  |

That's a blast from the past, I remember buying plenty of vinyl out of there too. They had a lot of good records upstairs in there. And they stocked some good Zanussi washing machines downstairs too! The good old days when my hair was down to my shoulders and people thought I looked like a girl from behind lol! :-) |  |

Used to frequent the record department there in my youth...bought many an Iron Maiden picture disk.....
In later years I got to know the son of the then owner.....who was a bit of a pillock.....I doubt the building is still owned by the same family now though as this was over 20 years back, however if it is then this is very much the kind of thing he would do! |  | | |
