Very true although in the case of Bircham I'd very much doubt he was in their original list
Having worked for a big on line bookmaker I've seem some absolutely ridiculous requests from punters to be added to next manager markets [Post edited 5 Dec 2021 22:46]

He resigned from Millwall though probably jumped before he was pushed. Took Cardiff to the play offs before had a disastrous run of form the following season, though obviously he's not the only one to have struggles there. | |
