Yes but I feel like its earned. I've had a bonkers week, late nights Mon - Wed ahead of a big presentation yesterday which went really well. So I'm working on the basis I've earnt myself a chilled one today, plus the boss in off and I'm feeling run down.

Breaded cod fillet, whole beetroot sliced and roasted with olive oil drizzled over, oven chips (some nicely tinged with beetroot juice and other looking more fried than baked due to contact with olive oil), boiled runner beans, tartare sauce, freshly ground peppercorn, salt.
Organic Conference pear.
Pineapple juice (from concentrate).
Cinnamon and raisin bagel, warmed in oven after fish and chips well underway, with butter and honey.
Two squares (twenty grammes) of Co-op 85% cocoa dark chocolate.
Likelihood of afternoon nap - circa 68%, may not make swimming this evening.
