Homophobic abuse yesterday 19:14 - Feb 20 with 2608 views | ACP84 | Section 5 a few rows in front of me. I won't repeat what was said but a reference was made about somones sexual orientation and was called out almost immediately. Stewards got involved and were a bit too heavy handed to be honest but he was swiftly ejected. Top marks to the people who reported him, wasn't close enough to hear but a mate was and he was disgusted.

Note for any softcocks - don't assume that my upvote is an endorsement of rough treatment for bigots. But, you know, it is.

Interesting turn of phrase there. Does men treating other men roughly make you hard?

Presumably the ejecting him was not what you mean by being heavy-handed. The stewards should have simply used the minimum amount of force to make them leave. If they asked them to leave and they refused, then force will have been necessary and why should the stewards in that instance do anything to put themselves at risk? If the individual refused to leave when told to by a steward for good reason, they deserved to be met with a physical response.

I am behind the goal towards the back and I didn't see any steward commotion, hence why I asked. Glad it was called out and dealt with though.
