How many points are we getting then? I've got 19 down, which will probably see us just miss out. I have a feeling the Portsmouth game will be more difficult than some are suggesting.

Lincoln (H) 1-0
Portsmouth (H) 1-2
Oxford (A) 0-1
Plymouth (H) 2-0
Cambridge (H) 2-0
Shrewsbury (A) 1-0
Rotherham (A) 0-1
Wigan (H) 2-2
Crewe (A) 2-0
Charlton (H) 1-0

It's now looking like 80pts to make the play-offs so 24 points from 10 games - a very big ask.
We simply must beat Lincoln, then games against 3 fellow play off contenders will be make or break.

no it's not. It will absolutely not be 80 points for 6th

Probably more like 78 - the same total we needed in 2014/15.

Yeah more likely than 80 imo. I personally think it will be 77 or less

We must win in midweek vs Lincoln. As well as us, MK Dons, Plymouth, Sunderland, Pompey and Bolton all have winnable games. By Saturday it could all be bunched up.

I think we'll need 20+ more points. In theory there isn't a game we couldn't win and I like KMs mentality to setup to win every game.

2 home wins in the next week would be really handy.

76 is the usual number and i'd stick with that, teams always slipping up.

Why wouldn't the Portsmouth game be difficult, they're right in it now?

Best team in the league over last 6 games, will be tough. I’m going for 20 points.

so we're basically saying that we are going to be brilliant over next few weeks, likely get ourselves into the top 6 and then choke in the last 4 games.

I predicted exactly the same for the last 4 games - but i now think we'll beat at least one of Wigan & charlton at home

before today it was the aim, 8 wins from 11. leaves 7 more to get, and 6 home games....

whilst we are a way off, it kind of feels like its in our hands.(which sounds silly as we sit 5 points off 6th)

30 points. Because we are good enough. Ok, I’ve had a glass or two, but why not hammer the lot?

Rotherham will need to be 12 points ahead by the time they play us to be already up. And Wigan will need to be 9 points ahead of MK. I can’t see either happening - wouldn’t be surprised if they both seal promotion against us.

21 points there…….which would give us 77 points. Definitely enough 😉

It’s going to be close. We have to maintain our current form right the way to the end.
