Very disappointing, but these things happen. I didn’t think we’d lose today though. You can avoid the odd bad result if you start the season reasonably and win a reasonable proportion of games against rivals. If you don’t and are unable to take your share of set pieces as was mentioned earlier in the week, mid table is as good as it gets.

Wouldn't be surprised if we keep Jackson and Simpson but get rid of Bonne, Norwood and Pigott. The annoying thing is the latter will probably start scoring again elsewhere. | |

Not at all.
Norwood’s contribution in three seasons has been pretty woeful. In fact it’s been bloody awful. We need a striker to contribute in one season, what he has in three.
It’s tedious people saying he’s hustle and bustle. I’d like him to score a goal or two over stopping a defender taking a free kick quickly. This isn’t Sunday league. [Post edited 3 Apr 2022 9:17]

Jackson probably suits McKenna's system the best but still isn't the long term answer
