I expect they will try to avoid that, maybe the Tuesday before xmas, but more likely beginning of November. With the season starting earlier and no break for the world cup our fixture list isn't too congested.
If games next weekend are postponed it could make the Premier league more interesting. There are 6 PL games in October, so if in Europe as well thats 9 games. You can hear the complaints from Klopp etc already. With games coming so fast, a team suddenly hitting bad form could be in real trouble very quickly. |  |
