Q1. My original answer was Toto Nsiala who played for Dong Thap and for Hanoi FC in 2013.
Marshalls Mullet gave the answer Pablo Counago and, on checking, this also turned out to be correct.

Q2. On 30th September 2008 Ipswich beat Barnsley 3-0 at PR. During the match Barnsley brought on a sub for his debut, Reuben Noble-Lazarus, aged 15 years and 45 days. Reuben was, and I think remains, the youngest ever to play in the Football League.
