Current squad health - bring El Miz back in Jan?? 21:48 - Nov 24 with 1836 views | unstableblue | GK - Walton, Hladky CB - Donacien, Wolf, Edmundson, Burgess, Keogh RB/RWB - KVY, Burns LB/LWB - David, Leigh CM - Morsy, Humphreys, Camara 10s/Wingers - edwards, Chaplin CF - Ladapo, Jackson, Ahadme With Leigh back, defence looking solid Centre mid, deeper attack and forward look lite. Can’t count on Aluko, Evans return. So 3 - 4 big signings of quality ready for the championship incoming Perhaps include in the 3-4 players El Miz who is having a storming loan.

This is no time for fiddling, we need people that can hit the ground running to continue the moment and probably be better than what we have to make it worthwhile.

El Miz has always performed in the limited games he has been given a chance. He is having an incredible season with Orient, albeit in a lower division. A big part of the success. He can mop-up, link play, and importantly shoot from distance. Love to see him deeper with Morsy, with Humphreys on a free role ahead of them.

This season there has to be a difference between love to see and simply wanting tried and tested to make it happen. We wouldn’t have started the season building around the untested we cant finish it in that way. For me it all depends how other business goes, Humphries continues to exceeded expectations but he wouldnt be in that position unless for serious injuries, El Miz is a player I really like and is getting regular game time for the first time, let that continue in my opinion. At the minute we are missing Lee Evans and Dom Ball, and we are hoping PanCam can get up to speed urgently. We expect Lee Evans to be back soon but he may not be at full pelt until Feb. We need another experienced CDM/CM. I’m happy one of the injury spots is being filled by a young player, relying on two would be giving me the heebeegeebies going out of Jan. He’s never let us down when called upon, and chipped in with a lovely goal or two. Deeming him not good enough is ridiculous

Current squad health - bring El Miz back in Jan?? on 08:36 - Nov 25 with 1279 views | itfcjoe | I think if we try to recruit someone who is playing regularly and therefore match fit, is happy to come and be back up to Sam Morsy and realistically play 4-5 games between now and end of season, plus only has a short term deal because we have Morsy, Evans, Camara, Humphreys, Ball and El Miz contracted into next season so don't want to clog the squad up - is just trying to thread the eye of the needle and going to be incredibly difficult to do. Last year we did it with Tyreeq Bakinson who did fine, but we had the option to have him in the summer and didn't take it. Personally I'd bring him back, as think it will do us as a club here more favours than him being anywhere else and he's a more than good enough back up for this level as he is proving in the one below

I agree with you. Even Bakinson took games to get going. I guess their is a third option, bring El Miz back Jan 01, he’s fit and in form, see how Jan pans out for Evans and Camera with Morsy, plus Humphries and El Miz then make a final call later in Jan.

Current squad health - bring El Miz back in Jan?? on 09:29 - Nov 25 with 1160 views | Mookamoo | Seems to make sense to bring El Miz back and save on any potential incoming loan fees. More likely then to be able to afford a top quality loan in the calibre of Celina (maybe there is a dos Santos mk II knocking about (joke...)) We have Jackson's pace, Chaplin's enthusiasm, John-Jules clever flicks but what has really worked in recent weeks is Edwards direct running with the ball.

Harper is also in contract next season so would clog the squad up even further.

That was an obvious fishing expedition. Feel really disappointed to see the likes of you fall for it.

Current squad health - bring El Miz back in Jan?? on 10:02 - Nov 25 with 1043 views | clive_baker | Definitely bring him back if we can. He's in form and could slot straight in if needed. We have to be single minded about promotion and having sufficient depth in the squad, even if in the short term it might not be optimum for his development.
