Twine 12:41 - Dec 28 with 1618 viewstractorboy1978

Could we actually make this happen? We were keen in the summer despite not really having a chance in the end. He's not had a look at Burnley either through injury or not being in favour. They are flying and suspect like most teams with a bit of money and doing well, will be looking to strengthen further in Jan to get over the line.

Think it's probably more likely that he'd go to a team further down the Championship personally. Someone who is isn't a threat to Burnley but where Twine might help take some points off potention rivals

He's just been injured that's all. He's just returned to fitness. I guess it is possible they decide to loan him out but I doubt it. They'll want to be full strength to see through promotion and they can afford to bed him in slowly.

The problem with Twine is that he’s only played about 30 minutes first team football all season so assuming all his injury issues are behind him it’s going to take a while for him to come up to speed.

Personally I think we need players ready to hit the ground running as soon as they are signed.

I think we might go back in for him in the summer if we go up. Assuming Burnley are in the Premier League next year, they may be willing to let him leave.
