So 12 days now to prepare for biggest game of the season... 20:34 - Jan 2 with 1430 viewsPippin1970

FA CUP win in between will be good. Maybe a player through the doors too as extra boost. Illness for others to recover.

Am I the only one who wants us to field the fringe players in this?

Yes I know fa cup etc.

But with our recent history of players getting injured in cup games.. I'd rather have our best players 100% for plymouth

a niche perspective

No let's go for it. Best team available. Wins boost morale.

I’d rather give something else a go against Rotherham. Ahdeme or Chaplin leading the line, Humphries in the central 10. Return to a back 3 of Donacien, Wolfie and Edmundson. Burns and Davis as wing backs.

Agree, particularly as the league position is under severe threat now.
Had injuries and illness not taken their toll over the past 6 weeks I think we’d have looked to progress in the cup, however a replay is something we definitely could do without so I think we may feel a second string eleven resting key players for the key league games.

It is also a week before and after it so resting players will actually leave them lacking match sharpness. It will also be a chance to gauge where these players are against Championship opposition unless Rotherham play a weakened side.

That's probably likely to happen from both sides I suspect, should be an interesting test none the less

Is the crowd likely to be alright?

When you say about Rotherham fielding a weakened side, they've lost 8 of their last 12 as it is...
