Is Broadhead best in a one up front or a pair? 09:42 - Jan 10 with 1733 viewsMaySixth

Wigan and Sunderland both think his best work is in a pair.
I have yet to see him play.

Given he'll be permanently injured, it really doesn't matter.

I think he's very versatile.

He played well off of Stewart last season. I see him coming off the left for us, coming in on his right foot.

We started off the season playing Ladapo up top with John-Jules as one of the central AMs and an occasional second striker. Arguably that’s Chaplin’s role too.

If Broadhead can offer that (with John-Jules potentially around for the last couple of months) then he’d be involved most games at least from the bench. It’s another way to change games/challenge the opposition that we’ve probably missed with John-Jules out – and to be honest he didn’t really get going but we seem a much more drilled team now.

Pronouns: He/Him

He’ll be a regular starter.

L1 clubs don’t spend £1.5m on a player “to be an option from the bench”.

And that's where Harness plays. No worries, Harness is a v v good sub option! Means our left side is looking ridiculously good...

I think he'll either be upfront in a 2 in a change of system, or he'll play as 'one of the number 10's'. Him and Chaplin off Hirst is a little bit naughty to be honest.
