Might well depend a bit on who we get in the draw tomorrow. Could see a lot of those you've listed starting but with other regular starters who aren't carrying knocks being on the bench
Put out a strong team against Burnley, then put out a strong team against Sheffield Wednesday. Aim to win both matches. Treat it exactly like a midweek League game.

Agreed. Fed up with this over-thinking and no need for any kids even on the bench. We've got several senior players who can't make the match day 18. Why do we need kids for? Our drop in form hasn't been due to over-playing or injuries.... just go out and play every game to win with a strong side.

Anyone with a bit of a knock, Rest them. Apart from that, Go for it. Promotion and a good cup run can be achieved in the same season. Very enjoyable too.

I think it helped when we got promoted in 1992 that we had a decent cup run, took Liverpool to a replay that we narrowly lost in the 5th round.
We went toe-to-toe with a team at the top of the division above and although we lost we gave them a proper game and played at their level, that can only bring confidence.
After that Liverpool game we only lost another 3 games that season.
It’s ridiculous if people are saying ‘play the kids’. We will be facing a top championship side that are practically knocking at the door of the PL. If Burnley put out a fairly strong team then there will be a real risk that they’ll hammer a predominately young team. That could do real harm to their development.
