Not only seeking to actively endanger others by lying about them committing some of the most heinous crimes out there but also working to make life more difficult for victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse who already have enough trouble getting authorities to pay attention and actually secure convictions.

Certain People will in the same breath assure you (usually not white) suicide bombers are just murdering scum.

There very likely is, at least in some fashion.

Of course, having mental health issues doesn't absolve people of guilt in all circumstances. There's a difference between say doing something as a schizophrenic that you genuinely believed to be true vs. just being unwell but very aware of what you are doing is wrong like psychopaths for example.

Psychiatrists have not been able to diagnose her with any mental disorder.

It is very strange, the best they have been able to come up with is some vague possibility of some issues during childhood.

Not necessarily. The only thing she clearly needs is locking up.
