I don’t know where I read it, or if true, however I saw something a few weeks back stating police could no longer have a say in local Derby kick off times.
They can have input, for example, if Ed sheeran was playing at chantry park again and a town home game was the same day. Then they could put forwards the public safety/traffic reasons.
But one off local Derby games, I don’t think they can anymore |  |

Always thought it was ridiculous that Rangers v Celtic, Arsenal v Spurs etc. can be played on a Saturday, but Suffolk police insist on 12pm Sunday for our derby game. |  | | |
