Kieran McKenna has won as many Championship matches as a manager as Paul Hurst 15:46 - Aug 7 with 1384 viewsMiaow

And we have lost on the opening day only once since 2009.

Our unbeaten run in the league now stands at 20 games - does anyone know what the club record is?

I've blocked out those bad times with Hurst but he only won one league game? Worse than I remember! Shocking!

Swansea away though that was sheer luck. They should have been out of sight.

In fairness, we probably should have beaten Rotherham and Norwich under him. Possibly Birmingham too; saying that, it really was a game of two halves.

And 2-0 is a dangerous score line

Tony Mowbray, Ian McParland, Bryan Klugg and even Matt Gill have won as many matches for us as Paul Hurst

Matt Gill statistically speaking was our best manager under Evans!

If memory serves me right didn’t Man City end our unbeaten run?

And now he’s at a club who are one of the favourites for a return to the PL. I’m not sure how he managed that, but good on him anyway. He deserves it, if only for payback for the way he got wheeled out to handle the press conferences when we lost.
