OK, the caption's not great but I've tickled myself with "massive unflushed toilet".

Allegations of that sort of have been made ever since wars began. They invariably turn out to be untrue. See also raping nuns, crucified Canadian soldiers in WW1 etc etc

And Israeli sources have repeatedly refused to confirm these reports.
