Birmingham City on the Move 16:24 - Mar 29 with 968 views | Cheltenham_Blue | Just bought a plot of land about 1/2 a mile from St. Andrews for a rumoured £17m to build a new stadium. Will be a shame if you ask me, very few 'traditional' stadiums left once they move to what will no doubt be a Identi-kit bowl.

Yeah, but at least it's got some character with the old Garrison Lane stand. Unlike most of the new grounds in industrial estates.

My memory of it was as a right old dump as was where it was situated. Don’t blame them for shipping out.

Don't get excited their moving just the other side of Garrison Lane into an industrial estate on an old Go-Kart track. [Post edited 29 Mar 2024 16:46]

Birmingham City on the Move on 16:48 - Mar 29 with 785 views | Guthrum | Don't know about recent years, but several times have been able to park (free) in that road almost opposite the entrance. Or the pallet yard at the other end of it.

Tilson Road/Way/Street? Is the one I could always park on. Think it's the same one you're thinking of.

No. That was structural repairs to the existing stand. Cracks in the concrete on the bottom tiers of two stands. Massive job, was only just shy of needing to be demolished. [Post edited 29 Mar 2024 16:59]
