It's just the same policy we've been pursuing for the last couple of seasons 18:31 - Jun 28 with 1540 viewsGuthrum

Get good players on loan, then sign them permanently the following summer. Before adding a new sprinkling of next-level talent/experience on top.

Good Lord! Whatever is it?

I do wish we would stop loaning players to develop them for their parent team...

Possibly. Also Moore? He slotted in so well and has Prem experience.

I think that Travis will be too slow for the PL.

Pretty sure that we won’t see Moore back here.

Depending on cost, I wouldn’t be averse to Moore. Has enough for the PL though?

I'd put it at less than 1% we go for Moore. We clearly mean business and if we are bidding 20M for strikers Hirst I'd expect be the understudy.

Why would Hirst become an understudy. I suspect that he will play in most games and share minutes with a new striker.

Can't see that McKenna is going to change his usual tactics just because we are in the premiership.

Possibly someone else might come in as an understudy, but i just don't see it being Hirst.
