Does it count as one 'lottery ticket' but a 4 times bigger 'prize' than for a standalone ballot entrant? Or does it count as 4 lottery tickets AND a four times bigger prize if one of them wins?

Yes I was thinking that. It’s grossly unfair if it’s 4 chances to win 4 tickets every time.
What’s to stop a group of mates all going together and all applying so they’ve 20 chances to get 20 tickets every time. Would completely destroy the concept of an ‘open ballot’ |  |

For some reason the club haven’t given this much prominence but if you read as far as step 5 on the “step by step guide on how to enter a home league ballot” it’s clear: “a supporter cannot be entered into the ballot more than once, even if carried out within a separate transaction”. | | | |

Each Individual entered has to be a member and each member can only be entered once. |  | | |
