I sense some angst today 09:20 - Nov 6 with 1826 views

Be good to yourselves guys. A nice walk, some down time, some music, nice food.

Whatever it is you do to relax and recharge, cos the alternative is to get yerself overly stressed about something you can't change.

Couple of nice walks for me later, will defo take 5 for some mindfulness stuff enjoying my surrounds.

It's a bit of weird place this morning buh, so very sound advice.

I'm struggling to understand the cult-like support for him. I'm not sure why we have a group of TWTDers (not in the US as far as I'm aware) supporting him and downvoting any negative comments about him. It's odd. I've not seen anyone batting for Harris in the same way on here. People seem to be enjoying winding others up, which is a bit pathetic really.

I shall go to work for my post work pint, always just the one although I might push and have an extra half as it was a miserable night for those of a more liberal persuasion. Always on my own just to get some me time and peace and quiet.

It gets me out of the house as I work from home all day and my lunchtime walk on a murky November day was actually a bit gloomy.
