How could you fail to look good against a side as bad as Southampton were today. They were awful. We didn't play well enough though. No final ball. Other then Enciso and Delap so many looked to scared to try anything other then simple sideways passes. |  | | |

None of our players have faith in each other and are constantly trying to do more then selves rather than a simple pass. Delap, Hutchinson, Philogene, encisio time and time again were guilty of not playing early enough or trying to shoot when others were in better positions. We absolutely were. They had two meaningful chances and scored twice. Was a bit of a smash and grab. Fair play. And we didn’t take our chances. Enciso was very bright. Delap had a good game. But we lost and it’s gutting. We move on. Task is harder now but not impossible. I wonder if this will trigger some last minute transfer activity. I’ve tried with Muric but he’s a liability. | | | |
