I did not have high expectations of the season and was 50/50 on relegation but what I cannot stomach is the lack of passion and fight from the team. If we play well and go down fighting I really have nothing to say other than we aren't good enough for the Prem.
PROBLEM IS
Games like Southampton (H+A), Brighton (H) 2nd half, West Ham (A), Everton (H), Palace (H) and tonight are simply inexcusable and both players and manager deserve criticism. Players fannying around tippy-tapping in their own box even when we are chasing the game. Players running like headless chickens into a cul-de-sac. Manager not making any tactical changes and instead preferring like-for-like subs. Even neutrals can see how poor we are. |  | | |
