Whatever way you try to spin it, we are atop 5 team at this stage. Not a to 8 team! Our general trend is upward over the last couple of months. We're going to have setbacks and days that go against us. How we react to that is what matters most. Anyone expecting 9 pints from the last 3 fixtures was just setting themselves up for disappointment.

Maybe we just played twice at home?

You need to start looking at the away performances as a body of work. It’s 1 point from Oxford, Blackburn and Leicester. There’s probably a reason we are under 1.6 PPG this year, even after the bad start.

I am looking at the total points, we seem to be the team with the 5th best total rather than the 8th. Unless I'm missing something?

I was surprised to realise that we have only lost 2 in the last 11 matches. The general atmosphere on here feels like we've only won 2 in 11. We've won 6 in 11.

But I don't feel like the losses could have been draws, necessarily - the defeats seem to have been solid defeats. Perhaps some of the draws could have been converted to wins, but its the night and day nature of the performances that is the biggest concern.
