Were anti terror laws used against them in the end? Weren't there calls by certain sections on the right to run them over? Let's wait and see.

Strange how people are more scared of socialism than national socialism. And scary how the latter is creeping into society.

It feels like he isn't toeing the party line. How brave of the little babies to show up wearing balaclavas instead of revealing their faces. Edit: Apologies, he's Labour, which makes more sense. | These balaclava wearing chaps in Dover on 11:44 - Sep 5 with 5314 views | Swansea_Blue | Yeah, environmental protestors who want a better future for all our children have been treated as terrorists. It used to be that civil disobedience on conscientious grounds would be taken into account by judges when passing sentences on protestors who’d broken the law peacefully (sit ins and the like). That’s increasingly not the case and people are facing disproportionately long sentences for in some cases doing very little. I can’t see how these people who hide their faces (not uniquely - violent elements of antifa do similar) and dress to intimidate can be treated any less leniently. Their motives come from an evil place and are not supported by evidence. They have the right to protest peacefully though. Whether they’ll stay peaceful is another matter; based on previous experiences I expect it will turn violent. [Post edited 5 Sep 11:54]

People believe they're going to lose out under socialism. They always think the bad things will be happening to other people under national socialism.

It was the Labour MP for Dover, Mike Tapp, who said that.

Hard to see how this is any different at all yet they are all remarkably quiet about it. I'm sure they are just busy on a Saturday which is understandable and they will be along later to condemn the actions as disgraceful and to point out they might be blocking ambulances and suchlike. the right wing were very quick to call for palestine action to be proscribed. this lot are far more damaging, threatening and terrorist-like in their actions and appearance. yet not a peep from the right wingers [Post edited 5 Sep 12:57]

The state of it. Not only Farage making light of multiple men assaulting a woman but the look of glee on the faces of those old tw*ts whilst they were doing it. Hopefully some prosecutions to follow. I actually think this deserves it's own thread, just more evidence of the absolute state of Reform and many of it's supporters. SB [Post edited 5 Sep 13:15]

Not to mention Farage slipping straight into misogynistic sneering mode calling her love/ dear and belittling university and degrees that he can't get his head around like sociology. Whilst pretending to 'tolerate' her on some level, almost attempting the moral high ground.

If you’re wearing a face covering 90% chance you have something to hide. If your face is covered the police should be able to stop and search straight away.

Mullet has started one since I posted that so maybe contribute here? More Reform scum that need jail time by Mullet 5 Sep 13:25https://x.com/Tush27J/status/2096140420866543943/video/1?s=46
Regardless of the usual lies they tell “protect our women” etc being pertinent here, Farage is showing he’s a psychopath in the clinical sense. That slackjawed guffawing and attempt at humour is very telling.
I think if this had been the other way round and an elderly person was attacked by two young people in this way we’d see a much bigger reaction from the public too. SB

definitely balaclavas for marches/mass gatherings, they do have some legitimate uses, so you couldn't ban them outright, same with motorcycle helmets!

Name me one reason why a balaclava should be warn in the centre of town when it’s 26c, Britain is not Alaska Never used to happen, as I said 90% of them are up to no good

Could probably excuse the motorcycle helmets whilst riding motorcycles! Getting on/off etc. bit of common sense to be used.
