Shouldn't we be sending a scout out there to watch him? Would be good to run the rule over the latest crop of young american talent - most of whom seem to ply their trade state-side. There's also an unattached bloke in there too - sign him up.

These are so , so, hard teams to win against, Columbia ,and Mexico. The USA comes from that part of the world that produce fantastic players with so much skill on the ball. South American sides produce these type of players time and time again its in their blood? The USA are a new nation to football compared to these sides, But they have come a long way producing players that now play in Europe the likes of CODY CROPPER Ipswich Town and SEBASTIAN LIETGET,West Ham United. I wish them all good luck

'' Omar Salgado - unnatached '' i'm assuming this means that he is not signed on by any club. Surely a U20 international can not, not be signed on to a pro club? This either shows the low standards of USA's international side or MLS clubs having a pooryouth/scouting system.

Cody Cropper was picked to play in the USA International under 20 side and played for them while he was waiting to sign his pro contract. The USA do call on Non pro players, but the present manager who is from Holland likes to pick pro players while building his team. Most USA players are in college football teams non pro players ,who have been picked in the past .But this is beginning to change ,Can only get better. Cropper has stated in the past that he would love to play for England one day?
