Town make one change for this evening’s home game against Burnley with Lee Bowyer taking over from Andy Drury in the centre of midfield.

Drury drops to the bench alongside Josh Carson, who returns to the 16 for the first time since he started the 2-2 home draw with Blackpool in January.

The Clarets make three changes with Jay Rodriguez over his groin injury and another former Town target Charlie Austin and midfielder Marvin Bartley taking over from Danny Ings, who is injured, and Ross Wallace and Martin Paterson, who drop to the bench. Full match preview here.

Town: McCarthy, Edwards, Smith, Delaney, Cresswell, Bowyer, Leadbitter, Emmanuel-Thomas, Martin, Murphy, Chopra. Subs: Lee-Barrett, Sonko, Drury, Stevenson, Carson.

Burnley: Grant, Trippier, Duff, Edgar, Lafferty, McCann, Marney, Bartley, Stanislas, Rodriguez, Austin. Subs: Paterson, McQuoid, Wallace, Mee, Jensen.

Hate to be pessimistic, but a centre midfield pairing of Leads and Bowyer doesn't fill my heart with confidence.

You can access the radio coverage via the ITFC website - free for 2 weeks.
Why does PJ keep saying Hyam is unlucky and then not pick him. As our season basically is dead why not try to blood players for next season?

Should stick with players like Drury who have made a real difference with their commitment rather than Bowyer - also can't understand why Hyam's been left in the cold after the promise he's shown.

Good to see Carson on the bench hopefully he will get a run out on Saturday. Hyam being left in the cold, that is what happened to Carson, doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reasoning in the Club, it seems to be a case whereby youth does not come first. Anyway great result for Town........

If youth isn't the best option for whatever game, why should it come first? Should Murray be playing ahead of Chopra?
