Too many reasonably decent teams sides still in the mix would have to have a really poor finish AND we can't expect to keep this run of form going until the end, which would also be needed. Injuries and fatigue will play a part - Drury has been a little sluggish of late, for him, and was rightly rested (not dropped, entirely different thing) and I would assume that JET and others will need similar understanding over the weeks to come with the schedule of games we have. We will need Carson, Hyam and dare I say Bullard to come back into the team, and do as good as job as the regular starters of late have been doing, when their chance comes in order to keep the momentum going. Big ask.

My predictions will give us 70 points, will that be enough to get us to the play offs? Probably not, but then in my opinion it's not a bad thing. We'll have to show some real good form to get to the play offs, which is possible, but if we do with the momentum gathered to get us there could well take us through the play offs and promotion, which would be a year too soon. I'd rather we missed out on play offs this year, strengthen our squad next season and then hopefully we'll be the next Swansea or even Stoke and not the next Derby County!

Mid-table finish for me. Good recent run, but no getting away from just 2 wins in 16 before hand. Damage was already done. IMO PJ will deliver mid-table year after year as manager of ITFC. We won't ever be in danger of going down - but nor will we go up. PJ is an average manager. No more, no less.

I get 69 points with a +1 GD. Great all things considered but as others have said, lets keep our fingers crossed!

Town have made teams look poor in recent games. Great 2nd half on Wednesday. I can not belive some people still say Town have played badly. Great run and YES i belive Town can do it. Must get 7 points from the next 3 games and dream is on.

It'll be close. Draw the away games, win the home puts us on 70 points. Just short i reckon but who knows in this league.

Hardest game left i think is Watford away, so win on saturday and who knows. Even a draw would be pretty damn good

3 games this week and the picture will be a lot clearer after the Barnsley game but- I think it will be hard to keep up the form of late until teh end of April. In this latest run we have had few injuries and the luck is bound to run out, there are still 3 mid week games (including leicester) left so tired legs may play a part as well. Think we should just enjoy watching Chopra and JET and see where it takes us. Some genuine optimism for 2012/13.

Even though it is very unlikely, hope is not lost and we can give it a damn good go! I expect us to be playing some dynamic football closing this season and in the end, there is no point being pessimistic, we need to be good fans, and give the lads the best of our support. COYB.

9th for my prediction but what a great great run boys that will be our bench mark for next season ie we can not slip lower than ninth in the table... that in itself has made my mind up on a season ticket for 2012/13 COYB!!!!

I have us on 74 & 6th Wont happen but we have to live in hope. Still think its too soon for us but we have come along away & i for one am thankful for that.

Trying so hard not to get excited about this, but if you think, the teams in 5 and 6 have played 38, we've played 37, so if we win that game in hand over them we can get within 6 points of them. This is relying on others, but we still have leicester, middlesborough and bham still to play. These are all teams above us and games that if we win, tightens the gaps. just need to beat the teams like millwall and donny at the same time :P
