Town Launch New Kits Saturday, 5th Jul 2025 09:50 Town have unveiled their home and away kits for the 2025/26 season, which are on sale in Planet Blue and online now.
Umbro are the kit supplier for the fourth season and perhaps the last with the current deal up next summer.
The traditional blue home shirt, which is reminiscent of the strip worn between 1986 and 1989, is paired with a red away which has elements of blue on the sleeve and elsewhere.
Town’s press release explains: “The two shirts are connected by a ‘Blue Through and Through’ theme with the traditional blue home shirts joined by a red away shirt featuring blue detailing.
“The pattern running through both shirts – the body of the home and in the sleeves of the away – is a deconstruction of the modern version of the club crest, marking the 30th anniversary of its introduction in 1995.
“Both shirts feature a white v-neck collar with blue and red trim, which also appears on the cuffs.”
The home shirt is augmented by the traditional white shorts and blue socks with the shorts and socks of the away strip also red.
Both shirts bear new front-of-shirt sponsor Halo’s name as well as the Tingly Ted’s logo on the sleeve, minority shareholder and previous shirt sponsor Ed Sheeran’s hot sauce brand.
As part of the promotion, the club filmed young fans playing a game alongside first-teamers Sammie Szmodics, Sophie Peskett, Chieo Ogbene and Natalia Negri in Brantham.
For the first time during the current link-up with Umbro long-sleeve versions of both shirts are available for fans to buy.
In addition to a full range of men’s, women’s and youth sizes and children’s mini-kits are also on sale. Sizes range from S through to 6XL for adults and size 8 through to 18 in the women’s fit.
Supporters should note shirts will fit slightly bigger than in previous seasons – please check size guidelines online before ordering.
Planet Blue is open from 10am until 5pm today then from 10am until 4pm on Sunday 6th July before normal opening hours resume on Monday 7th July.
The new home and away kits can be ordered online here, with personalisation also available. Fans were queuing in Portman Road to get theirs from Planet Blue as it opened.
Shirt printing with names from either the men’s or women’s teams will not be available until after the announcement of squad numbers.

Do we need to wonder why we actually Win very little days ? - people seem more concerned about Shirts than the depleted team we now have. Typical of ITFC Supporters in 2025 I guess !!

Blues 1 yes but cost of living going through the roof and we are in the championship season tickets gone up half the staff leaving plus a few decent players perhaps the club could give loyal supporters something back Ashton OUT

Everyone take a breathe and calm down. It's simple if you like it buy it. If not don't the Clubs season will be decided by the performance on the pitch not your fashion opinions and ultimately that is all that should matter

I've bought the new home shirt and love it. I didn't buy the shirt in 23/24, the Wembley inspired shirt. The world didn't end. I also haven't bought every single retro. No-one is forcing you to buy anything.

Although it do not show the goalkeeper kit, I liked the Purple color Natalia was wearing

Widj means they expect cash strapped supporters to fork out for a new shirt every season..

Like them both although the blue on the away kit sleeves is a little busy for my tastes. However as there are so many teams that play in blue in the championship it will get plenty of outings so I’m sure it will grow on me.

I don't rush out and buy a new shirt every season as I already have plenty from years past (younger and richer) so for that reason, I probably won't buy one this time. I like the home kit, and the away is not too bad either - much better than pink or orange, neither of which I like at all. There we have it - we all have our different opinions. As someone hinted above, I don't care too much about the shirt as long as the results go our way on the pitch.

I think both Ashton and McKenna are very much on Trual this season - last season was a HUGE let down for the Owners who (seemed anyway) to let those two orchestrate everything, spending and recruiting too - and Failed. With that Squad we should definitely have managed 17th - it was more than a decent squad that ! Tactics failed us from the first 6 weeks onwards - during which time we got sussed by the opposition, and never changed anything other than rotating certain players which proved totally counter productive with never a settled team, but same tactics !!

Who designed those shirts Ed Sheeran? The material looks cheap like it will catch, snag, and bobble when washed. Obviously need to see it close up but the home shirt is ok, the red one is just appalling imho

I like them. However, that magenta 'keeper kit may just be my favourite

Selling shirts has become big business for Town, we have seen a few good ones over the years, personally for the home kit I like to keep things simple and not overstated . I do though always see quite a few other clubs who wear blue who tend to have a better eye for design than us. After not being sure about last years kit, mainly because of the border around the badge, I have to say it grew on me immensely and I tend to rate it amongst one of the best kits we have had, so in my mind I wasn’t expecting a better kit. Although the new home kit is certainly not unattractive, I am happy they haven’t tried to go to overboard and I am ok with just an alright kit. Now the away kit!!!! For me I have always detested us playing in red, kits with black stripes soften my reaction to this feeling. This largely goes back to my early years when supporting the blues under Sir Bobby and for a few years we were always pushing our fierce rivals then, Liverpool, Forest and Manchester United all red wearing opposition, Red shirts were always like a red rag to a bull for us, they were the enemy and wearing red is nearly as bad as adopting yellow and green!!! My memories are enhanced by some of the big matches, WBA fa cup semi final at Highbury, playing in the very smart white and black with a thin pinstripe on the shirt, orange at Bolton in the first leg of the play off semi final with two magnificent Marcus Stewart goals, and of course what I think was the best away kit of all times the dominant Orange illuminating the pitch during the season before last when we got automatic promotion to the premiership after 22 years. I didn’t think I was going to like the pink strip but it’s vibrancy on the pitch making wide visibility and making it appear we have one more man than the opposition and easy to pick out players changed my mind about the pink kit. Under the dark lord I remember going to Stamford Bridge in the FA cup and playing in an all red kit we got beaten!!! It’s not that red kits can’t look really nice, but sorry for me red and Ipswich is like putting ketchup on your Sunday roast!!! Does anybody remember a smart grey away kit Man Utd had, and one match away at Palace they changed the colour of the kit at half time because players couldn’t pick their team mates out against the backdrop of the crowd!!!! This can be annoying, we have seen it with some goalkeeper kits when you can’t pick out the goalkeeper against the backdrop of the net and the crowd, pleased to see more of late goalkeepers now wearing much brighter kits than the insipid greens and greys we have seen in recent years.

I think both shirts look great! Shout out to Gaffa Tape Sandy for the music in the promo video, another example of the club keeping it local and supporting Suffolk talent.

Never mind the Squad, Team, or level we play at - the Hissy Fits only care about the Shirts / Kits each season - Win, Lose, or Draw - or even Relegation !

As a fully paid up member of the K.I.S.S ( Keep It Simple, Stupid ), school of thinking in life in general, not just football, I quite like the kits, especially the home one, if fact I'd have gone even further and done away with the neck and sleeve white trims on both, they add nothing. Like other posters in here however, I'm rather more concerned by how the players perform, regardless of what they are wearing. Still waiting for the first proper signing 30 days into the transfer window, I wanted to see pretty much everything done and dusted by the time we leave for Austria, to give time for new players to bed in and understand what is required of them. Well unless we take on the Noah's Ark principle and have then arriving two by two over the next few days, that isn't happening. Rather more important than shirts I think!

Disappointed that the away shirt isn't gold this season seeing as we are the bookies favourites to get promoted. Hopefully the third kit will be gold.

Nice simple neat and tidy design really like the little touches of red trim a far better offering than last year's uninspiring effort. Don't mind the red shirt but don't get the blue bit on the sleeve looks like someone split paint on it. Already seen a man and his daughter wearing the kit in Town looks very smart.

Oh bore off, blueboy1981. Your constantly negativity is energy sapping, why are you so hell bent on spouting your dull, unpopular nonsense on such a regular basis?! I don’t think you’ve ever agreed with anything, nothing is good enough for you. So, so tedious.

Never really liked black kits but last season's Arsenal's version with the green and red trim was awesome would definitely buy if we had a similar version.
