More frustrated that Clarke opted to shoot in the other big chance, instead of laying it for Chaplin. Multiple defenders in front of Jack and the perfect Chappers position, he puts that away 9/10 last season. Would have been such a beautiful ending too. Feel that was the clearest opportunity.

Yeah I agree with this. Think the Plymouth one pulls off the simplicity because of the gold and green combo, looks pretty classy. But in royal blue just feels a bit standard.
People said the same thing about the 2012 logo when it first appeared. But if you think back now it’s probably the most unusual, memorable and iconic sports event identity since the 80s. I’d hold judgement until we see it in action. The fact people are even talking about it is usually a good sign.
