More frustrated that Clarke opted to shoot in the other big chance, instead of laying it for Chaplin. Multiple defenders in front of Jack and the perfect Chappers position, he puts that away 9/10 last season. Would have been such a beautiful ending too. Feel that was the clearest opportunity.
Understand why he shoots, but annoying in hindsight. |

Yeah I agree with this. Think the Plymouth one pulls off the simplicity because of the gold and green combo, looks pretty classy. But in royal blue just feels a bit standard.

People said the same thing about the 2012 logo when it first appeared. But if you think back now it’s probably the most unusual, memorable and iconic sports event identity since the 80s. I’d hold judgement until we see it in action. The fact people are even talking about it is usually a good sign. |

Tom Adeyemi is now a Life Sciences Associate Consultant apparently, having completed a degree in Biology in 2021 and some other accreditation from Harvard. Fair play. |

Internet says he’s on 16k a week until 2025 at Leicester, who knows if that’s accurate tho. Seems unlikely we’d get him if true I’d have thought? Particularly if Leicester go down. [Post edited 8 Apr 2023 9:44]

I reckon the criticism of Penney is harsh. Maybe it comes from a comparison with Burns on the other flank last year. But today he did more than Burns managed, got in a couple of good attacking positions and created a chance with a decent cross.
Not to say we can’t do better, just I think it’s a bit unfair. |

Don’t understand that comment about Aluko. Thought he was the best player on the pitch in first half. Aluko, Burns and Chaplin were the only ones that showed genuine quality tonight, for me. |
