What a f*cking nightmare.

Yes wasn't easy. Make sure you renew it every 3 months or so.

Forking out £250 a month for nursery is a joke.

Even when it is free it isn’t free - term time and still have to pay for certain bits etc.

To be fair, the 30 hours 'free' is well worth having, even if its not quite 'free'.

Its still worth £3-400 per month.

I merely wish people could be polite.

Yeah of course, I was just expecting bill to drop more than it has - but with wife about to go back to work and second kid about to start it is welcome

To be fair, I didn't complain about the level of security, that's to be admired.

I complained about the fact that the website doesnt work!

I sent a very polite complaint to the DoE.

Don't worry yourself. The DforE are responsible for the allocation of the 30 hours free childcare scheme.

Andrew McCully's private secretary responded to me and has assigned someone to help me.

It's amazing what some polite correspondence can achieve.

My first one was more then that a decade ago.

Don’t have to pay nursery fees any more, earn significantly more readies, still seem to have less cash. The snip must be one of the highest yielding investments on the futures markets.
