The Prodigy: Invaders must die (2009) Oh Land: Oh Land (2011) The Eels: The Deconstruction (2018) Alt-J: An Awesome Wave (2012) Sleater-Kinney: No Cities to Love (2015)
I have to say the Slater-Kinney album is probably my most listened to album, it ticks the same sort of boxes the exist somewhere between Yeah Yeah Yeahs and the Pixies.
The above has to be my most listened song on that album.

Surely it’s black and white when the OP says with 1 month of this decade to go.............
I don't think there are hard and fast rules to participating in a music thread to celebrate quality music either. That, and in entertainment releases are quite often considered the following years for awards and what not. Again, your choice to split hairs over 10 months is very very odd.

To quote your reply to me on another thread “I believe the question being asked of you was.......”

You are quite right. I just don't understand why people have to try to bend the rules all the time. The rules are there for a very good reason.
For the sake of clarity, is it a requirement that the aforesaid album must have been released in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland within the specified date range?

I've created a (very) long list. I'll prob refine this at some point!
The National - High Violet Wooden Shjips - West Car Seat Headrest - Teens of Denial Midlake - The Courage of Others John Grant - Queen of Denmark (this might be the overall winner fwiw) REal Estate - Atlas Aldous Harding - Designer Israel Nash - Silver Season Wye Oak - Civilian The Murder Capital - When I Have Fears White Denim - D LA Witch - LA Witch The War on Drugs - Lost in The Dream The Oh Sees - A Weird Exits Metronomy - The English Riviera Hiss Golden Messenger - Heart Like a Levee Heron Oblivion - Heron Oblivion Chelsea Wolfe - Hiss Spun Pontiak - Dialectic of Ignorance Hurray for the Riff Raff - Navigator Michael Kiwanuka - Love and Hate The Horrors - Skying Jane Weaver - The Silver Globe Mac De Marco - Salad Days Timber TImbre - Hot Dreams Unknown Mortal Orchestra - II
I was born underwater, I dried out in the sun.
I started humping volcanoes baby, when I was too young.
Probably missing something obvious, but my most played in the last two or three years would be Michael Kiwanuka Love And Hate, can't think of anything predating it which I prefer but daresay I will.
No idea when I began here, was a very long time ago. Previously known as Spirit_of_81. Love cheese, hate the colour of it, this is why it requires some blue in it.

That made my long list so I'll let you have that one.
