"There wasn’t another male doctor available to send out."

Whenever I have my monthly priapism, always find it's a female member of staff who is able to most effectively help. If no doctor is available, a receptionist or cleaner will suffice.

can't understand why he's trying to get his GP out when surely he should be pestering the urologist who actually did the work or, as a last resort, pitching up at A&E with it?

Surely some, err, handyman/woman could fashion him some kind of lightweight frame to buckle onto his waist & keep his clothes from touching him? Anyone adept at sewing could then alter his pants/trousers.

Yes If my little freddie was that sore, I'd want it sorted regardless of embarrassment of going out with a boner. And if he can't bare clothes touching it, how the fck does he sleep and how does that towel not rub it? My spidey senses detect a fellow mental.

I'm not sure what the various poses are for.

The decor is a bit rough. And is that a unicorn on that pillow?

Also couldn't help notice this on the same page:
