You also have to remember our population is 10% larger than Italy and an even greater percentage than Spain. We also have a population density in excess of those countries. If you want an example of a country with a high death rate that seems to have escaped most comment look at Belgium. Currently 290 deaths per million of pop, while ours is 132. For context Spain and Italy are 350 and 312, the USA is 57.

Add to that London being the largest populated city in the EU, 9,126,366, with Berlin being the second, 3,748,148. 30% of our deaths have been in London.

This is the deaths per million people chart.

Totally changes the story. Good post.

I'd say it makes it worse in some ways. That this is something normal in New York is even bleaker.

Those on this site don't want you to give them real facts, unless it knocks this country and the great work that is currently going on.

Out of everyone 'on this site' how the heck would you know?

You don't offer anything, you don't join in any chat.

You just gripe and moan and whine from the sidelines.

You haven't made any effort to get to know the first thing about the people using this site.

And you could argue those who have said for years we're letting too many people into this country because the infrastructure cannot cope were also correct.

That would depend on facts, figures and views.

If immigration has brought in more for the economy than it has cost then that argument wouldn't make any sense.

"The infrastructure" is not static, if the Government chooses not to invest the extra money that comes in from immigrants' taxes in additional infrastructure, that's not the immigrants' fault.....

Trying to find the link, but I read that Belgium count all 'suspected' cases wherever they occur. UK only include hospital deaths where there was a positive test result, not those in care homes for instance.

This is what Obama created.

...and Trump destroyed it because he hated Obama.

The way Fox News, Trump and the Republicans have spread false information to denigrate Obama is disgusting. A lot of hate pumped into American society.

That video just sums up where the USA is today.
