It's great that Ipswich has made the list.

But my eyes wandered over to article 9 on the right hand side of the page.
Nothing to do with you I hope!

I'm ever so slightly younger than that :)

There have been a few incidents like that recently. But it keeps the house prices affordable

Apparently Gyms, healthfood shops, green spaces etc.

Been a while since I've been to Ipswich Town centre so can't comment but the lack of it all is certainly true to Swindon

….dull.

I expect the shopkeepers will be calling for the managers head pretty soon.

Just think of all the new and exciting shops they'll be able to go to in the future.

"Points were given for gyms, museums, green spaces, leisure centres, libraries, GPs, pubs, wellbeing centres, and restaurants and cafes suitable for vegans in the area.

Presumably that's why there was such a need for green spaces

With all that green space to browse in, they shouldnt need cafes.

If you clink on the link to the report it breaks down which places have most of the good amenites. Ipswich doesn't feature in the most of any of them, so must be kinda good all round, Norwich tops the list of number of pubs in the high street area with 244!.
