May I ask what you did to achieve that? I'm going to assume the obvious diet and excercise but it would give me some inspiration if you gave some detail.

Been sticking to a low carb diet, gave up bread and pasta and feel better for it.
Still count the calories, use ‘my fitness pal’ app.
Bought a garmin fitness tracker, interesting to see how much or how little you do every day.
I have a really good turbo trainer in the garage and use Zwift on the iPad.
First month I did 40 mins every day.
Then I dropped it to 5 or 6 days a week and tried to do a run in place of the cycling once a week.
Now trying to alternate run and cycling every other day with a day a week off.
