So, I got Ebay involved and they forced a refund. I took a chance and ordered the same phone from another firm and it arrived in just 8 days. I was chuffed with that.
Except it didn't work and I was pissed off.
I emailed the company and a very polite reply asked me if I had removed the tape from the battery. I actually went red when I read the email. | |
