However, you appear not to have twigged that we cannot beat a side in the top 8 (aside from Accrington), have played up to 3 games more than the sides around us, have 10 goals worse goal difference than 2nd place and most matches look unlikely to have a shot from inside the opposition area. |  |

Oh no I don’t expect us to get anything against Peterborough but we’re 3 points off top and everyone is crying because we’re not in a premier league. A big name gives you no divine right and we’ve got to earn it. We shouldn’t be in this division but fans need to stop crying and get behind the team. Evans is going nowhere and neither is Lambert. So, just to clarify. You are currently sat there, as an Ipswich Town fan, thinking "we'll almost certainly lose to Peterborough" on Saturday. Peterborough who, in a good season, play in front of 7000 or so loyal supporters in a ramshackle ground, who have been stuck in this division the best part of a decade, who have a smaller budget than us and a category 3 academy.
You think we've little chance of beating them and you are perfectly content with this situation? | |
