He desperately needs to beat Coventry at the weekend as they have a horrible run of matches after that (Reading, Millwall, Swansea, Brentford, Bristol City, Norwich, (Wycombe), Bournemouth, Cardiff).

And actually, is he all that good? I don't really remember him having that much success as a manager. If it weren't for the ITFC connection, would we even be considering him?
| Trust the process. Trust Phil. |

No the best run is it. I hadn't realised how badly they were going. https://www.twtd.co.uk/league-tables/competition:championship/form/matches:6/typ

I think it would be family situation as obviously been based in North East or North West for a long time and presumably settled there - but his wife is from Ipswich His managerial record is pretty good, including at Blackburn but just on a bad run......he's certainly a mid ranking Championship manager at worst which is a step up from what we have......plays good footballer and plays young players, and obviously the ITFC connection A very safe pair of hands if that is what Evans wants

He’s far too good for us currently. Would be massive if we could get him in

Have a sneaky feeling Mogga will the Town role as unfinished business for him; - his 2 managerial "failures" have arguably been his other 2 former clubs; Celtic and Middlesborogh - other managerial roles pretty successful on the whole - third time lucky going back to his former clubs?

I'm not sure he is - where does he go from Blackburn? He's not a 'sexy' appointment by any means and not going to get a club competing at the top end of the Championship. [Post edited 25 Feb 2021 10:54]
