Accusing the regulators of cutting corners, repeating Bill Gates conspiracies, using terms like “human Guinea pigs” and linking any negative vaccine story out there, whether it is validated or not. |

Or alternatively lets scream from the rooftops that there are two unconfirmed possible issues after vaccinations whilst there are tens of millions of people confirmed with no issues. These threads are getting a bit much now. For over a year you've posted continually to either play down C19 or to find faults in the treatments. If you really want the facts then the rate of blood clots in people having AZ (assuming the correlation can be proven) is the almost exactly the same as the rate of people in the population without having a vaccine. Correlation doesn't mean causation and it's probably best to get the facts before you assume it does. SB

There have been 2 deaths from a batch of 1,000,000 of which we don't know how many have been administered. But probably best not mention it or even think about it at all for that matter. Sorry! Edit...as for "scream from the roof tops"....really Spock! [Post edited 11 Mar 2021 22:52]

The issue is the implication of correlation before any has been established. Correlation implying causation is one of the worst types of incorrect statistical analysis. As it stands the EMA along with numerous countries (including Denmark) have said that no correlation has been established: https://www.theguardian.com/society/2021/mar/11/denmark-pauses-astrazeneca-vacci Take a look at this, it's fun and shows that correlation can be totally misrepresented and hard to verify. Until more information is available no correlation has been confirmed. https://www.tylervigen.com/spurious-correlations SB

This is all good science, Stokie, but sometimes we have to tread with care. I sundered a good friendship with an African-American a few weeks ago by forwarding a Guardian article that I read on here about ethnic minorities have 'false' fears about vaccinations. This morning I viewed this clip on the BBC website: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/world-us-canada-56324050 An interesting clip throughout but the critical part for me comes around 2:50.

Has there been a thread on these blood clotting deaths yet....? on 21:51 - Mar 11 by vapour_trail | Hmm. Not sure I agree with you Matt, which is unusual. Bankster has been a sceptic on certain aspects relating to the vaccine from early on, and has a lack of trust in our institutions to boot - we should all have the latter, btw - and stands out on here due to putting out questions relating to the vaccination development process and rollout, on a regular basis. He has also stated that he’s been and had his first jab. That’s really no reason to treat him like sh1t like a lot of posters on page one of this thread have opted to do. I don’t share his scepticism, I’ll neck anything to be honest, but I find his treatment on here uncomfortable. |
Accidentally downvoted this. I guess, on reflection I was harsh - only excuse being it was nearly bedtime for my 4year old who was being awful. Apologies to Bankster.

While personally being pro-vaccine events within the immediate family are leading me to the view that risks are being taken with regards to the use of the vaccine. A family member is currently in hospital having suffered a serious response to being vaccinated. There are, I believe, people who are being encouraged to be vaccinated without there being sufficient evidence to show they are at not at risk.. I won't go into full details but would ask that anyone who thinks they know me, or who I am talking about, doesn't respond to this comment other than by personal message.

Op links to story of nation states pausing use of vaccine. Accusations fly of ‘screaming from rooftops’ Only one side being unreasonable for my money.

As Skokie has quite rightly pointed out, the op is part of a pattern of behaviour where “For over a year [banksy has] posted continually to either play down C19 or to find faults in the treatments”.

I've posted links showing that the countries doing that are going against the recommendations of the EMA (European Medical Authority) and themselves admit that no correlation has been established to the vaccines at present. BDS post immediately assumes a correlation and coupled with his posts over the last year I think my post is pretty reasonable. I'd also point out that I didn't reply to his opening post but his later post saying "lets just brush it under the carpet" hence my comment was directly implying let's not go to either extreme and thus should be taken in this context. We've also continued the discussion on from that post in a nice manner :). SB [Post edited 12 Mar 2021 7:43]

So I assume a correlation and post a link pointing out that one is yet to be established....a cunning ploy indeed!

You assumed a correlation because you said it was affecting your thinking with regards to your second dose. That implicitly assumes a correlation - you can't have it both ways. SB
