Dont forget kenlock was also back to being dodgy last Saturday I remember saying it on a thread. He sorted himself out after 15 minutes but that opening spell he was our of sorts again
Exactly why he appears to have been here for 50 years but rarely seen consistently
Yes Cook just won’t like that inconsistency and dangerous misplaced passes
But at least Miles was breaking up the pitch, which the manager clearly craves.
Width is clearly planned to come from Edwards and bennets today.
But I worry about Chambo and wards pace and ability to get skinned
TEAM: Four changes! on 12:09 - Mar 20 by NeedhamChris
I don't think their performances across the season mean too much under a new manager. It gives more of an indication into how they're training and impressing (or not) under Cook.
To a degree, I suspect that's right. Although we've still got some of the old coaching staff so it's not a complete fresh start.
I am surprised about Kenlock - I'm not sure what sort of message that sends when he's been first choice and then gets dropped completely from the squad. I thought the plan was to have a core squad within a squad, not try to keep everyone happy.
And this is why I have no expectations of play offs. No matter what line up you choose there will be issues
There’s no reason why we shouldn’t be able to either outplay the lower sides or think outside the box and try something different to try and negate the problem. Just writing off the play offs because we’re missing one player/have one lacking match practice is not the way forward.
Hopefully we get ahead so we can give Skuse some more minutes today.

Yeah, Hobson's choice springs to mind. We can choose whoever we want but there's only a substandard team on offer at the end of it. I bet that's not unusual in this league though - they're all league one sides because each one is lacking something.
