Player for player the teams we've put at against oldham and colchester should be head and shoulders above the opposition.

But we are anything but. Still so much work to do from Cook and the coaching team to try get a team that can win a playoff place. I think anything more this season is pie in the sky.

Consistency is fairly obviously missing. The chances to score missed are unbelievable. If it is not on then show composure to find someone else in the box !!!!
Poor League One football in most of the cup games. If we did go up we would surely struggle blowing hot and cold.

it seems that the players struggle to get motivated against lesser opposition. Big games with big crowds and fans baying them on, they turn up. Take that away and they seem to lose 10%.
